Co-founder of Languages Over Flowers and Head of Korean Over Flowers, Joe provides pedagogical expertise and ensures that our methodology is consistently reflected across all programs.
Joe holds a B.A. in Linguistics from Korea University and has been living in Seoul since 2021. He is currently a graduate student at Seoul National University.
